So I saw Ola's dad tonight, and he's not doing as well as I thought he was. He's getting x-rays to check for head trauma.
I tried and tried to make Georgia calm down, but she just wouldn't. She was torn up about her brother being hurt. I don't blame her - they're like two peas in a pod - always together. I held her close and told her everything was going to be ok, but I wasn't sure it was. I've never done that before - tell a child something's going to be ok when I don't know if it is.
So now I'm waiting to hear if I lied to Georgia or not. I got her to calm down by telling her that Ola was going to be ok, but I don't know myself if he will be or not.
I'm going to try to go see Ola at the hospital tomorrow.
